賈山（? - ?），西漢潁川郡（今河南省禹州市）人。賈山最早擔任潁陰侯灌嬰的給事。數次向漢文帝上書，以秦朝的興亡經驗教訓作為引喻，闡發治亂之道，勸說漢文帝興禮義，造太學，虛心納諫，減少遊樂射獵，以修先王之道。他的文章名為《至言》，《漢書》錄有全文。還有政論數篇，現在已經佚失。
