王守恩（？ - 955年），字保信，太原府（今山西省太原市西南），一說遼州榆社縣（今山西省榆社縣）人，中國五代十國後漢時同中書門下平章事，後晉潞州節度使王建立之子。王建立在後晉時任潞州昭義軍節度使，封韓王。王守恩因門蔭幼襲官爵，後晉末年在潞州任巡檢使，不久舉城歸附劉知遠。後漢立國，乾祐元年（948年）授邠寧節度使（治所在邠州，今陝西省彬縣）、同中書門下平章事。後漢隱帝時，官至永興軍節度使（治所在長安，今陝西省西安市）及西京留守。在位期間，用人唯親，奸佞之徒在其身邊，敗壞政治。他為人貪鄙，專事聚斂，喪車不給錢不許出城，雖是病殘行乞的人也不免其稅。後周建立，擔任左衛上將軍，郭威讓他回到開封府。周世宗即位，王守恩轉任右金吾衛上將軍，封許國公。顯德二年（955年）十二月，在洛陽病故。
