鄧志謨（1560年？ - 1624年？），字景南，又字明甫、鼎所，別號百拙生、竹溪散人、竹溪主人、竹溪風月主人、嘯竹主人等。明代饒州府安仁人。約生於嘉靖三十九年前後，萬曆年間人，早年游福建，為建陽書商余彰德之塾師。家貧，為謀生養家，編撰《古事鏡》、《古事苑》、《故事白眉》、《故事黃眉》等書。其胸藏萬卷書，人稱『兩腳書櫥』，臨川湯顯祖嘗以異才稱之。鄧志謨長期置身于社會下層，對天災、疾病和惡勢力給人民帶來的災難，有極其深刻體會。天啟四年（1624年）尚在世。著有《鐵樹記》（新鍥晉代許旌陽得道擒蛟鐵樹記》）、《飛劍記》（鍥唐代呂純陽得道飛劍記）、《咒棗記》（鍥五代薩真人得道咒棗記）、《鍥旁註事類捷錄》、《山水爭奇》、《風月爭奇》、《花鳥爭奇》、《童婉爭奇》《疏果爭奇》等書。另撰有戲曲《五局傳奇》，即《並頭蓮記》、《瑪瑙簪記》、《玉連環記》、《鳳頭鞋記》、《八珠環記》。作品多由建陽余氏書坊承印。
