劉仲威（? - ?），南朝梁官員，祖籍南陽郡涅陽縣（今河南省鄧州市東北），西晉鎮東將軍劉喬九世孫，劉虯之孫，南朝齊荊州治中從事史劉之遴的兒子。劉仲威年輕時有志氣，涉獵文史，梁元帝承聖年間，任中書侍郎。南朝陳永定二年（558年），王琳擁立永嘉王蕭莊為梁帝，又授劉仲威為御史中丞。天嘉元年（560年），王琳在蕪湖被侯瑱所敗，劉仲威隨蕭莊亡命北齊，在北齊擔任中散大夫。武平三年（572年），匯集文學士設立文林館，劉仲威入館選書。卒于鄴城（今河北臨漳西南）。著有《梁承聖中興略》十卷。
