李存霸（？ - 926年），應州人，後唐太祖李克用之子，生母曹氏，後唐莊宗李存勗同母弟。同光三年（925年）十二月辛亥，詔封永王。李存霸歷任昭義、天平、河中三軍節度使，都不到藩鎮，只留在京師領俸祿。鄴都之變後，李存霸被派到河中，莊宗到汜水，改李存霸為太原留守，李存渥為河中節度使，詔書沒有到達，郭從謙反，殺莊宗。李紹榮欲到河中投奔永王李存霸，從兵潰散，李存霸聽說京城大亂，率眾千人棄河中奔太原。
李存霸至晉陽，麾下逃散已盡，只有康從弁沒有離開。李存霸剃髮並穿著袈裟來謁見符彥超：「願入山為僧，希望公能庇護。」軍士爭殺李存霸，符彥超說：「六相公存霸既然來了，應當奏請，再決定去留。」希望庇護李存霸。軍士不聽，殺李存霸于幕府門前的碑下。
