黃度（1138年 - 1213年），字文叔，號遂初。南宋紹興新昌（今屬浙江）人。「志在經世，而以學為本」，與陳傅良友好。隆興元年（1163年）進士，歷任嘉興知縣，調國子監主簿。紹熙四年（1193年），官監察御史。寧宗時，召為御史，累官右正言，因指斥韓侘胄奸詐，又劾內侍楊舜卿、陳源，被排擠出京，貶知平江府。韓侘胄死後，黃度反對將侘胄的首級送給金國。歷官太常少卿、吏部侍郎、同修國史、實錄院同修撰。官至禮部尚書。嘉定六年（1213年）十月卒，贈通奉大夫，謚宣獻。著有《詩說》、《書說》、《周禮說》、《史通》、《藝祖憲鑒》等。
