崔仲方（539年 - 614年），字不齊，博陵郡安平縣（今河北省衡水市安平縣）人，出自博陵崔氏的博陵第二房。崔仲方很小愛讀書，有才幹。曾與楊堅同學。開皇五年十月，崔仲方督率三萬人，於朔方（治岩綠，今陝西橫山西北）、靈武之間修築長城，「東距河，西至綏州，綿歷七百里，以遏胡寇」。。大業十年七月二十九日（614年9月8日），崔仲方在東都洛陽教業里私人住宅中去世，虛歲七十六，唐朝貞觀十一年歲次丁酉十一月辛已期五日乙酉（637年11月26日）葬于零壽縣修仁里臨山。
