襄楷（? - ?），字公矩，平原郡隰陰縣（今山東省濟陽縣西）人，中國東漢學者。襄楷好學博古，善於天文、陰陽之術。延熹九年（166年）詣闕上疏，以天文、陰陽、災異之數，根據星象的變化來預測人事政治的吉凶。借天文星象之變指斥宦官專權，政刑暴濫，勸漢桓帝納諫用賢，重人命，承天意，平冤獄，除酷刑，遠宦官，並推薦《太平經》（于吉所傳《太平清領書》）。十餘日後又上書：「前者宮崇所獻神書,以奉天地、順五行為本，也有興國廣嗣之術。其文易曉，參同經典，而順帝不行，故國胤不興，孝衝、孝質頻世短祚。」尚書受宦官指使，劾奏襄楷違背經義，假借星宿，造合私意，偽托神靈，誣上罔事，請求將他逮捕送交洛陽監獄，由司隸校尉審判定罪。桓帝認為襄楷上疏的言辭雖然激烈，但是都是天文曆法的表現，因此沒有殺他。漢靈帝即位，被太傅陳蕃舉他為方正，征為博士，均沒有就任。卒在家中去世。
