戴亨（1691年1月9日 - ?），字通乾，號遂堂，清朝人，奉天人，原籍浙江杭州。戴梓第三子。康熙二十九年十二月初四（1691年1月9日）生於北京。他出生兩個月，其父戴梓以罪被流放瀋陽，在襁褓中「隨親從北陲」，此後隸籍瀋陽。康熙六十年（1721年）進士。曾任河間（今河北省滄州市河間縣）教授，自此離開遼東。乾隆二年（1737年）任山東齊河縣知縣，不久被革,回京被押後，窮困潦倒，經禮部官員明善介紹在尹繼善侄禮部員外郎慶柱家教課，結識御使六十七。後隨侄戴秉瑛前往江南，在兩江總督尹繼善麾下，時戴秉瑛先後任江蘇丹陽、昭文、儀徵縣知縣，戴亨在紀昀姻親盧見曾家教課，遊歷揚州、杭州、蘇州，最後卒于南京。戴亨侄戴秉瑛後由江蘇調甘肅高台、貴州玉屏等地知縣。乾隆時，戴亨與陳景元、李鍇並稱為「遼東三老」。有《慶芝堂詩集》。
