辛德源（? - ?），字孝基，隴西狄道（今甘肅臨洮縣）人。沉靜好學，美儀容。北齊時歷官員外散騎侍郎，比部郎中、待詔文林館、尚書考功郎中、中書舍人。劉逖讚其「文章□艷﹐體調清華」。為周武帝平齊後隨駕入關的十八名士之一，因尉遲迥之亂，「隱于林慮山，鬱郁不得志，著《幽居賦》以自寄」。入隋﹐隱於山林。秘書監牛弘以德源推薦他與著作郎王邵同修國史。轉諮議參軍，卒於任上。著有《辛德源集》。
