矯慎（? - ?），字仲彥。中國東漢醫家。扶風茂陵（今陝西省興平市）人。矯慎年少時喜為黃老之學，後隱居山谷，因穴為屋。仰慕赤松子、王子喬的導引術，遂成為當時有名的導引術士之一。矯慎與馬融、蘇章同鄉同時，馬融以博才顯名，蘇章以廉直著稱，但他們都首先推重矯慎。汝南吳蒼很看重他，寫信給他觀察他的志向，希望他出仕，為國出力。現在四海開闢，巢父、許由不隱居箕山，伯夷、叔齊悔入首陽山。矯慎不答。七十餘歲，終身不娶。後忽然回家，說到自己哪一天死，到時候果然死了。後人有在敦煌見到矯慎，人民對他感到驚異，民間傳為神仙。
