劉仁之（？ - 544年），字山靜，北魏大臣，匈奴獨孤部人。北魏孝文帝改革後，獨孤姓改為劉姓，定籍河南郡洛陽縣。劉仁之是永安公劉羅辰玄孫，并州刺史劉殊暉曾孫，武衛將軍劉求引之孫，魏昌、癭陶二縣令、贈鉅鹿太守劉爾頭之子。劉乞歸的侄子。劉仁之粗涉書史。喜歡在大庭廣眾顯示自己的高明，實則名高行低。魏節閔帝時，兼黃門侍郎，深為爾朱世隆所信用。魏孝武帝時，為著作郎，兼中書令。東魏時，歷任衛將軍、西兗州刺史，在州有當時之譽。劉仁之性情酷虐，晉陽修城，他統監勞役。以小過失，杖責前殷州刺史裴瑗、并州刺史王綽。被高歡大加譴責。武定二年（544年）卒，贈衛大將軍、吏部尚書、青州刺史，謚號敬。
