帖木兒不花（? - ?），元朝將領，蒙古族人，答答裡帶人。其父帖赤，其兄帖木脫斡。中統初年帖木兒不花入備宿衛。至元七年（1270年）從攻襄陽，在灌子灘大勝南宋將領范文虎，以功擢益都新軍萬戶。後從丞相伯顏渡長江，在陽羅堡（今湖北省武漢市附近）大敗宋將夏貴。沿江東下，取建康府（今江蘇省南京市）、平江府（今江蘇省蘇州市）、臨安府（今浙江省杭州市）等地，又入福建、廣東等郡縣。至元十六年（1279年）追宋將張世傑于香山島，張世傑死後，其眾數千人投降帖木兒不花。後累官至四川行中書省平章政事、中書左丞，都元帥等職。
