佟國綱（ᡨᡠ᠋ᠩᡤᡠᠸᡝ ᡬᠠᠩ|v=tung guwe g῾ang，約1630年代 - 1690年），一等公爵、都統，康熙帝舅父，太子太保佟圖賴（三等精奇尼哈番，滿語子爵）長子，孝康章皇后之弟，佟國維之兄。本姓佟，為漢化的女真人的後裔，隸漢軍正藍旗；後來康熙帝為生母抬旗，其族人改隸滿洲鑲黃旗改滿姓為佟佳氏。康熙二十七年，奉命隨領侍領侍衛內大臣索額圖、張鵬翮等與沙俄訂立《尼布楚條約》，保護清朝的北部邊界安全。二十九年，在征準噶爾部噶爾丹的烏蘭布通之戰中陣亡 (今內蒙古自治區克什克騰旗)。入祀功臣廟東次龕第一位（載《欽定八旗通志：八旗祀典二》卷82）。
