王質（? - ?），字紹奴。北魏宦官，高陽郡易縣（今河北容城東）人。因為家中犯事連座，年幼的王質下蠶室去勢。他讀書有學問，歷任中曹吏、內典監。之後轉任秘書中散，加號寧朔將軍，賜爵永昌子，領監御。轉任侍御給事，領選部、監御二曹事。再特加前將軍，進爵魏昌侯。轉任選部尚書，加員外散騎常侍。
後王質出任鎮遠將軍、瀛州刺史。於瀛州在任十年，察奸糾惡，用刑峻刻，號稱「威酷」。魏孝文帝評價王質忠勤，馮誕去世後，馮皇后被廢，陸叡、穆泰之亂一系列事件，都賜給王質璽書，以示信任，視同貴戚。王質入朝為大長秋卿，不久後去世。
