薛萬淑（? - ?），中國唐朝軍人。本敦煌人，後徙雍州咸陽（今陝西省咸陽市）。薛世雄之子，薛萬均和薛萬徹的哥哥，也以戰功聞名。歷任右領軍將軍、梁郡公、暢武道行軍總管。630年，東突厥滅亡後，營州都督薛萬淑派契丹族首領貪沒折遊說東北各少數族，奚、霫、室韋等十幾個部族先後歸順唐朝。
