鹽鐵轉運使，唐朝使職名。全稱為諸道鹽鐵轉運使，唐代中後期專職財務官吏。鹽鐵使與轉運使原為兩個使職。唐代宗寶應元年（762年），在安史之亂影響下，社會動亂，關東漕運宜有倚辦，朝廷任命通州刺史劉晏為戶部侍郎、京兆尹、度支鹽鐵轉運使。鹽鐵兼管漕運，從此開始。五代十國、宋朝以鹽鐵、度支、戶部為三司。
