馬戴（？ - 869年），字虞臣，定州曲陽縣（今河北曲陽）人。晚唐詩人、官員。早年屢試不第，武宗會昌四年（844年）始中進士，同榜有項斯、趙嘏、鄭言等人。大中元年（847年），太原李司空闢掌書記，後以正言被斥為龍陽（今湖南省漢壽縣）尉。終太學博士。曾隱居華山，並遨遊邊關。咸通年間，應闢佐大同軍幕府，與賈島、許棠相唱答。咸通七年（867年），擢拔為國子、太常博士。
工於詩，葉矯然稱：「晚唐之馬戴，盛唐之摩詰也。」楊慎稱其《楚江懷古》「猿啼洞庭樹，人在木蘭舟」一聯，謂「雖柳吳興（柳惲）無以過也」。紀昀認為「晚唐詩人，馬戴骨格最高」。咸通九年（869年），病卒於太常博士任上。有《會昌進士詩集》1卷，《補遺》1卷。
