《大學衍義補》，明代丘濬撰，凡160卷，成化二十三年（1487年）十一月上奏朝廷。《大學衍義補》是補充南宋理學家真德秀《大學衍義》的著作，增加了「治國平天下」的內容，有十二綱目：一正朝廷、二正百官、三固邦本、四制國用、五明禮樂、六秩祭祀、七敦教化、八備規制、九慎刑憲、十戒武備、十一馭遠方，十二成功化。
《大學衍義補》有23卷專講經濟，實集古代行政經驗之大成。萬曆時再版，明神宗親為序。錢穆評此書「皆卓然得學統之正、偉然攬學林之要，全國學者傳誦其書，至於清末，歷四五百載，弗輟弗衰。蓋文莊不僅為瓊島一人物，乃中國史上之第一流人物也。」
