尹忠？ - 前29年，字子賓，魏郡人，西漢御史大夫。漢元帝初元四年（前45年）尹忠為廷尉，在任十四年，轉任諸吏光祿大夫，漢成帝建始三年（前30年）十月，光祿大夫尹忠為御史大夫，取代張譚。建始四年（前29年）十月，尹忠河決瀆職，對答漢成帝提問的策略不切實際，漢成帝狠狠責備了他，尹忠于是自殺。由張忠接替擔任御史大夫。
