保義可汗（8世紀？ - 821年），𨁂跌氏，是回鶻汗國的第九任可汗，懷信可汗庶長子。長壽天親可汗時，率軍抗擊東犯之黠戛斯，獲勝。791年，西討擊敗吐蕃，占領了北庭，解龜茲之圍，進軍至珍珠河，乘勝擊敗葛邏祿、突騎施，拓境至拔汗那，勢力達到費爾幹納盆地。808年，滕里可汗去世，他繼立為可汗。唐朝遣宗正少卿李孝誠冊封他為保義可汗。保義可汗繼承唐朝成為漠北和西域的天可汗。811年，遣使伊難珠向唐朝請求和親，唐憲宗沒有允許，懷怨，率三千騎至唐邊地相脅。820年，遣使合達幹再求和親，唐穆宗初立，允其請。唐長慶元年二月二十六日（821年4月2日），保義可汗死，子崇德可汗繼位。
