鄭叔則（722年 - 792年）。元魏中書令周小司空金鄉文公鄭孝穆六世孫，父遂州刺史鄭老萊。未冠以明經擢第，累拜吏部員外郎、刑部郎中。唐德宗即位，授檢校秘書少監兼御史中丞，充天平軍節度副使之官，拜御史中丞。建中二年（782年）五月，領東都留守兼河南尹、充東都畿汝觀察處置使，就加戶部侍郎，罷鎮歸省，轉尚書左丞。未幾，兼御史大夫。複命遷太常卿，加銀青光祿大夫，轉京兆尹。理行三載，貞元五年（789年）二月，貶永州長史，旋以非罪拜信州刺史。居數月，貞元七年（791年）七月，遷福建觀察使、福州刺史兼御史大夫，貞元八年（792年）四月十六日卒，年七十一。
前夫人是著作郎范陽盧侑之女，生長子盧約；後娶范陽盧氏，生子盧納。
