初平（）是東漢皇帝漢獻帝劉協的第三個年號。漢朝使用這個年號時間共計4年，而在益州的劉璋則使用至6年。為董卓控制朝廷而改的年號。《後漢書》並未記載改元初平的日期，但東漢時期更改年號時經常頒布赦令赦免天下罪犯，故改元日期可能落在初平元年正月辛酉。
