蕭放（？ - ？），字希逸，南蘭陵郡蘭陵縣（今江蘇省常州市武進區）人，追尊梁文帝蕭順之曾孫，北齊右光祿大夫、兼領國子祭酒、清河郡公蕭祗之子。太清三年（549年）侯景攻陷建康，蕭祗逃亡東魏，後來在鄴城去世。蕭放服喪所居廬室前有二慈烏來集，各據一樹為巢，自午以前，馴庭飲啄，午後更不下樹，每臨時，舒翅悲鳴，全似哀泣。蕭放以孝行知名。服喪結束，繼承父親的爵位。北齊後主武平年間，待詔文林館。蕭放好文學繪畫、在宮中披覽書史及近世詩賦，監修繪屏。屢次升任太子中庶子、散騎常侍。
