盧知原（? - 1141年），字行之，湖州德清（今浙江德清）人。以父蔭擔任歙縣知縣，後再薦赴都堂審察，累遷梓州路轉運副使。徽宗時，承平既久，戎備皆弛，知原「築城垣二十餘里。」。歷官江、淮、荊、浙等路發運使。高宗時，知溫州。當時有葉濃陷建州，揚勍陷處州，靠知原得以安定。紹興十一年十月卒。
