傅鼐（ᡶ᠋ᡠᠨᠠᡳ|v=funai，1677年 - 1738年），字閣峰，號爽齋、稻香草堂，富察氏，滿洲鑲白旗，清朝政治人物、清朝刑部尚書。初授侍衛，侍清世宗于藩邸。雍正二年（1724年），授鑲黃旗漢軍副都統，任盛京戶部侍郎。涉嫌與隆科多勾結，發遣黑龍江。後召還授參贊大臣，雍正九年（1731年），以參贊大臣赴撫遠大將軍馬爾賽軍營效力，擊噶爾丹策零有戰功。次年光顯寺之戰，力主截擊逃敵，為馬爾賽阻止。雍正十二年，參贊福彭軍事，參與招撫準噶爾，充使宣諭，赴準噶爾部議和。後任署理兵部尚書。議和時力駁對方收回阿爾泰山舊地之請，予都統銜。清高宗繼位，雍正十三年十二月乙卯，接替憲德，擔任清朝刑部尚書，屢上疏論刑律，請因時改正律例條文，由慶復接任刑部尚書。轉任正藍旗滿洲都統。乾隆三年（1738年）因過奪職，發往軍台效力，不久去世。
