赫連達（？ - 573年），字朔周，西魏、北周盛樂（今內蒙古和林格爾）匈奴族，赫連勃勃後裔。魏孝文帝時，改姓為杜姓。西魏時赫連達時奉詔改回赫連姓。開始隨賀拔岳征戰，賀拔岳死後，他贊成趙貴的建議迎立宇文泰，他自請迎接宇文泰。竭誠侍奉宇文泰，作戰有功。居官能遵法度、慎于刑罰，周武帝保定初年，官至大將軍、夏州總管。他廉潔有善撫邊民。封樂川郡公。建德二年（573年），赫連達卒。子赫連遷嗣，官至大將軍、蒲州刺史。
