王墮（？ - 356年），字安生，京兆霸城人。有雄才，好直言，精於天文圖緯。苻洪曾以王墮為司馬。苻健時，任右僕射，苻健讚美他說：「天下群官皆如王令君者，陰陽曷不和乎！」。苻生即位後，重用董榮，朝見皇帝時，王墮從不跟董榮說一句話。有人勸他現在董榮貴幸無比，要奉承董榮，王墮很不以為然說：「董龍是何雞狗，而令國士與之言乎！」董榮知道這件事很生氣，恰逢日食，遂勸苻生殺他：說「日墮則是王墮，司空王墮之名與陛下相剋」。行刑時，董榮問王墮說：「君今複敢數董龍作雞狗？」王墮對他大罵而死。王墮的外甥洛州刺史杜鬱亦株連死。
