《志第一百五十四 刑法三》
2  | 端拱初，廣安軍民安崇緒隸禁兵，訴繼母馮與父知逸離，今奪資產與己子。大理當崇緒訟母，罪死。太宗疑之，判大理張佖固執前斷，遂下臺省雜議。徐鉉議曰：「今第明其母馮嘗離，即須歸宗，否即崇緒準法處死。今詳案內不曾離異，其證有四。況不孝之刑，教之大者，宜依刑部、大理寺斷。」右僕射李昉等四十三人議曰：「法寺定斷為不當。若以五母皆同，即阿蒲雖賤，乃崇緒親母，崇緒特以田業為馮強占，親母衣食不給，所以論訴。若從法寺斷死，則知逸何辜絕嗣，阿蒲何地托身？臣等議：田產並歸崇緒，馮合與蒲同居，供侍終身。如是，則子有父業可守，馮終身不至乏養。所犯並準赦原。」詔從昉等議，鉉、佖各奪奉一月。 |
