《卷四十八建中初政》
21  | 八月，陳瓘上疏言「臣嘗乞別修《神宗實錄》以成一代之典，而不聞施行，蓋紹聖史臣今為宰相故也」不報。瓘議論持平，務存大體，不以細故借口，未嘗及人晻昧之過，時兼權給事中。曾布專主紹述，取王安石熙寧間所記《日錄》以為依據，欲引瓘附己，使人語瓘謂將去權即真。瓘語子正彙曰「吾與宰相議事多不合，今若此，是欲以官爵相餌也」明日，遂投書于布，論其「尊私史而壓宗廟，緣邊費而壞先政，違神考之志，壞神考之事。即此二者，天下所共知，而聖主不得聞其說。蒙蔽之患，孰大於此」布得書大怒。瓘復錄所上布書及所嘗著《日錄辨》、《國用須知》以上三省，且乞敷奏早行竄黜，遂黜瓘知泰州。瓘始著《合浦尊堯集》，為十論，盡辨其所紀載，猶未證言王安石之非。及北歸，又著《四明尊堯集》，為八門：曰《聖訓》，曰《論道》，曰《獻替》，曰《理財》，曰《邊機》，曰《論兵》，曰《處已》，曰《寓言》，始條分而件析之，無婉詞矣。 |
