67  | 金川在乾隆四十年以武功底定，初從定西將軍阿桂言，於西川之攢拉就近屯田，其美諾、底木達等處，令駐兵受地習耕，別斯璊以次改土為屯，各置屯弁處理。又帛噶爾、角堯諸降番，悉視屯兵例，概畀以牛具籽糧。其番戶多者三四十，少者一二十，初墾免賦，三年後輸糧，旋令駐兵挈眷前赴，而丁口日增，又撥地戶三十畝，俾加墾自給，地利浸闢矣。於是四川之懋功五屯，安置降番，亦戶給地畝三十，選精壯千人，半為屯練給餉，半為餘丁無餉。厥後釐出荒壤，亦分等加賚，巴塘、里塘沃區亦不乏。至光緒三十三年，川督趙爾豐疏籌墾計，招內地農戶而官資遣之焉。 |
