98  | 紹熙元年，知常德府王銖言：「沿邊城砦之官，以備疆埸不虞，廩祿既薄，給不以時，孤寒小吏，何以養廉？致使熟視奸猾洩漏禁物，公私庇蓋，恬不加問，從而徇私受賕者有矣。弓手、士軍、戍卒傭直糧食，累月不支，迫於饑寒，侵漁蠻獠，小則致訟爭，大則啟邊釁。乞嚴敕州、軍按月廩給，如其未支，守倅即不得先請己奉。庶俾城砦官兵有以存濟，緩急之際，得其宣力。安邊弭盜，莫此為急。」 |
