29  | 嘉定五年，遷軍器丞，進太府丞。出知湖州。遷司農丞、知寧國府。夏旱，請於朝，得賜僧牒五十，米十萬七千餘石。常平使者欲均濟而勿勸糶，忠恕慮後無以濟，遂核戶口、計歲月，嚴戒諸邑諭大家發蓋藏。所見浸異，以言去，主管沖祐觀。起知鄂州，改湖北轉運判官兼知鄂州。召為屯田郎官，丁內艱。免喪，入為戶部郎官。入對，極言邊事，其慮至遠。 |
