1  | 宋鄭虎臣編。案：《蘇州府志》，虎臣字景兆，曾為會稽尉，宋德祐初，自請監押賈似道，殺之於木綿菴者，即其人也。是書於吳郡遺文，綜緝頗富，其中若李壽朋之《札補新軍》，汪應辰之《申奏許浦水軍》，趙肅之《三十六浦利害》，郟亶之《至和塘六得六失》諸篇，均有關兵農大計。其他輿地沿革，亦多有因文以著者，如書中龔頤正《企賢堂記》曰：長洲為縣，肇唐萬歲通天中；而《吳地記》則云，建自貞觀七年。考唐《地理志》，與頤正之《記》合，可以証《吳地記》之訛。又《吳地記》云：常熟縣改自唐貞觀九年。而書中范成大《常熟縣題名記》曰：縣舊為毗陵，至梁而改，又可與《吳地記》考異，蓋是書雖稱文粹，實與地志相表裏。東南文獻，藉是有徵；與范成大《吳郡志》相輔而行，亦如驂有靳矣。 |
