30  | 六年，遷起居舍人，奏：「權奸擅政十有四年，朱熹、彭龜年以抗論逐，呂祖儉、周端朝以上書斥，當時近臣猶有爭之者。其後呂祖泰之貶，非惟近臣莫敢言，而臺諫且出力以擠之，則嘉泰之失已深於慶元矣。更化之初，群賢皆得自奮。未幾，傅伯成以諫官論事去，蔡幼學以詞臣論事去，鄒應龍、許奕又繼以封駁論事去。是數人者，非能大有所矯拂，已皆不容於朝。故人務自全，一辭不措。設有大安危、大利害，群臣喑嘿如此，豈不殆哉！今欲與陛下言，勤訪問、廣謀議、明黜陟三者而已。」時鈔法楮令行，告訐繁興，抵罪者眾，莫敢以上聞。德秀奏：「或一夫坐罪，而並籍昆弟之財；或虧陌四錢，而沒入百萬之貲。至於科富室之錢，拘鹽商之舟，視產高下，配民藏楮，鬻田宅以收券者，雖大家不能免，尚得名便民之策？」自此籍沒之產以漸給還。 |
