15  | 御史中丞廖剛言：「國朝三歲一舉，每以今年大禮，明年科場，又明年省、殿試為準，故注授人先後到部，不至攙並。今科試、明堂同在嗣歲，省司財計難以應辦，一不便也。近歲初官待闕，率四五年，若使進士，蔭人同時差注，二不便也。更展一年，則舊制合矣。」天子是其議，其來年詔曰：「三歲賓興之制，肇自治平，爰暨累朝，遵為彞典。頃緣多故，水存展試期，致取士之年適當宗祀，而入仕之眾併集銓曹，攸司困供億之繁，多士興滯留之嘆。宜從革正，用復故常，庶蕆事惟均，有便於國，調官無壅，亦便爾私。其紹興十年，諸州依條發解，於紹興十二年正月省試，三月殿試。自後科場示此為準。」 |
