88  | 真宗即位，復前資，因上言請開淮南鹽禁。時卞袞、楊允恭輩方以禁鹽為便，共排抑之，出知梧州。頃之，改水部郎中，上所著《兵機要類》十卷。時審官擬知漢陽軍，及引對，改知鄂州。大中祥符初，轉庫部。四年，加太府少卿。未幾，知太平州，又知袁州。州民多採金，蒙建議請以代租稅。上曰：「若此則農廢業矣。」不許。俄徙濠州。六年，上表謝事，授光祿少卿致仕，命未下，卒，年七十七。 |
