31  | 御史中丞王陶彈宰相韓琦為跋扈，罷為翰林學士。維言：「中丞之言是，宰相安得無罪？若其非是，安得止罷臺職？今為學士，是遷也。」參知政事吳奎論陶事，出知青州。維言進退大臣，不當如是。詔遷奎官。維又言：「執政罷免，則為降黜；今復遷官，則為褒進。二者理難並行，此與王陶罷中丞而加學士何以異？」章上，奎還就職。維援前言求去，知汝州。數月，召兼侍講、判太常寺。 |
