49  | 二年四月戊午，出左拾遺張權輿為河中府虞鄉縣令，坐前侵毀裴度故也。庚申，京兆尹劉栖楚奏：「准御史臺勘，光陵造作東渭橋虛豎物價，及將前市絹抬估給用，併役工不還價直，又率斂工匠錢物充官。典等諸色破用都計贓二萬一千七十九貫石。本典鄭位本判官、前司錄參軍，今任水部員外郎鄭複橋道使。前令尹。今任戶部侍郎崔元略敕鄭位所犯罪固難容，宜付京兆尹准條科決。崔元略不能簡下，有涉慢官，宜罰一季俸料，鄭複專判文案，致令隱欺，宜罰五箇月俸料。 |
