51  | 二十七年，噶爾丹掠喀爾喀至克嚕倫河。時諾爾布及長子伊勒登阿喇布坦相繼卒，孫烏默客幼，臺吉納木扎勒等攜之來歸，從眾凡十萬餘戶，詔附牧烏珠穆沁諸部界，烏默客襲汗號如故。尋理藩院奏降眾日多，請授納木扎勒等為扎薩克轄之，報可。命科爾沁親王沙津等往示內地法度，諭曰：「朕因爾等為厄魯特所掠，憐而納之。今觀爾等並無法制約束部曲，恐劫奪不已，離析愈多。爰命增置扎薩克，分掌旗隊，禁止盜賊，各謀生業。爾等果能遵而行之，寇盜不興，禍亂不作，庶副朕撫育歸降、愛養群生之至意。」二十九年，選所部兵赴圖拉河，隨尚書阿喇尼偵御噶爾丹。三十年，駕幸多倫諾爾會閱，詔封王、貝勒、貝子、臺吉有差，各授扎薩克，編所部佐領，而以車臣汗烏默客統其眾。自是始稱車臣汗部。 |
