53  | 又曰：「唐元和中，御史中丞王播奏：『監察御史舊例，在任二十五月轉準具員不加，今請仍舊。其殿中侍御史舊十二月轉具員加至十八月，今請減至十五月。侍御史舊十月轉加至十三月，今請減至十二月。』從之。按唐世臺官雖職在抨彈，然進退從違皆出宰相，不若今之雄緊。觀其遷敘定限可知矣。國朝未改官制之前，任監察滿四年而轉殿中，又四年轉侍御史，四年解臺職，始轉司封員外郎。元豐五年以後，升沈迥別矣。」 |
