《卷七十五建炎紹興諸政》
5  | 六月，以久雨恒陰，詔郎官以上言闕政。司勳員外郎趙鼎上疏曰「自熙寧間王安石用事，變祖宗之法，而民始病，假闢國之謀造生邊患，興理財之政窮困民力，設虛無之學敗壞人材。至崇寧初，蔡京托紹述之名，盡祖安石之政。凡今日之患，始於安石，成於蔡京。今安石猶配享神宗，而京之黨未除，時政之缺，莫大於此」帝從之，遂罷安石配享。尋下詔以四失罪已，一曰昧經邦之大略，二曰昧戡難之遠圖，三曰無綏人之德，四曰失馭臣之柄。仍榜朝堂，遍諭天下，「使知朕悔過之意」中丞張守上疏曰「陛下處宮室之安則思二帝、母后穹廬毳幕之居，享膳羞之奉則思二帝、母后膻肉酪漿之味，服細煖之衣則思二帝、母后窮邊絕塞之寒，操予奪之柄則思二帝、母后語言動作受制於人，享嬪御之適則思二帝、母后誰為使令，對臣下之朝則思二帝、母后誰為尊禮。思之又思，兢兢業業，聖心不倦，而天不為之助順者，萬無是理也。今罪己之詔數下，而天未悔禍，實有所未至耳」 |
