15  | 安南瑤匪盤道鉗、鄧成玉等謀亂，造黃袍、黃旗、木印，句結內地民夷何聖烈等，散劄招匪，謀攻都龍、安北、宜經等處，為安南兵目偵知，獲何聖烈等，盤道鉗等竄匿山箐間。十九年，安南八寶河沙目黃國珍誘獲盤道鉗、鄧成玉，雲貴總督碩色訊得實，奏聞正法。初，廣東土匪李文光與順化土豪阮姓謀踞祿賴、桐狔等處為亂，番官捕獲系諸獄。二十一年，械送李文光十六人於福建，閩浙總督喀爾吉善奏言：「安南僻處蠻陬，不敢將李文光擅自加誅，送歸請示，足徵懷服之忱。應將李文光等照交結外國例，分別處治。」從之。二十二年六月，安南番船失風，飄泊永寧汛，撥兵守護，給貲送歸，並收貯其軍械，歸時給還。帝諭：「收械貯庫，殊為非體，可頒諭沿海提鎮知之。」二十五年，閩浙總督愛必達奏言：「安南邊境沙匪與交目蘇由為難，闌入漫卓、馬鹿二寨，搶掠滋事，已咨其國王擒解矣。」帝以平日巡防不嚴，臨時追捕不力，切責之。 |
