40  | 樞少學於湛若水，深造實踐。又留心經世略，九邊及越、蜀、滇、黔險阻阨塞，無不親歷。躡屩茹草，至老不衰。隆慶初，復官。以年老，加秩致仕。會高拱憾徐階，謂階恤錄先朝建言諸臣，乃彰先帝之過，請悉停之，樞竟不錄。 |
