15  | 李傑，本名務光，相州釜陽人。後魏並州刺史寶之裔孫。少以孝友著。擢明經第，解褐齊州參軍事，遷累天官員外郎。為吏詳敏，有治譽。以採訪使行山南，時戶口逋蕩，細弱下戶為豪力所兼，傑為設科條區處，檢防亡匿，復業者十七八。神龍中，為河東巡察黜陟使，課最諸道。先天中，進陜州刺史、水陸發運使。置使自傑始。改河南尹。 |
