90  | 十二月丙申朔，改司農司為大司農司，御史中丞博羅兼大司農卿。安童奏：「博羅以臺臣兼領，前無此例。」帝曰：「司農非細事，朕深諭此，其令博羅總之。」秘書監趙良弼充國信使，使日本，賜日本璽書曰： |
| 91 | 蓋聞王者無外，高麗與朕既為一家，王國實為鄰境。故嘗遣信使修好，為疆場之吏抑而弗通。所獲二人，敕有司慰撫，齎牒以還。繼欲通問，值高麗權臣林衍構亂，坐是弗果。豈王亦因此輟不遣使，或已遣而中道梗塞耶？不然，日本素號秉禮之國，王之君臣寧肯漫為不思之事乎？近己平林衍，高麗安輯，特令秘書監趙良弼充國信使，持書以往。如即發使，與之偕來，親仁善鄰，國之善事。其或猶豫，以至用兵，夫誰所樂為也？王其圖之。敕歲祀大社稷、風師、雨師、雷師。丁亥，金齒、驃部酋阿匿福、勤丁、阿匿爪來降獻馴象三、馬十九。辛酉，諸王伯忽兒為也可札魯忽赤。 |
