《卷十一》
11  | 長興四年二月，封東、西兩川節度使孟知祥為蜀王。五月，封皇從子從溫為兗王，從璋為洋王，從敏為涇王。追封故夏州節度使李仁福為虢王。七月，進封兩浙節度使錢元瓘為吳王。 |

| 15 | 二年五月，封魏博節度使范延光為臨清王，青州節度使王建立為臨淄王，封鳳翔節度使李從曮為岐王。十一月，進封兩浙節度使錢元瓘為吳越國王。追封故昭義節度使李嗣昭為韓王。 |
| 4 | 清泰元年六月，封吳岳成德公為靈應王。初，廢帝在鳳翔，將謀入纂大位，潛令人禱吳嶽，冀獲資助。及即尊位，乃詔有司別議封崇。中書門下奏：「唐天寶十載正月，封吳山為成德公，與沂山、會稽、毉巫閭同封。至至德二載十二月，改吳山為嶽，祠享官屬一同五嶽。今國家以祈禱靈應，宜示殊禮，臣等商量，請加封為靈應王。」從之。其年十一月敕：「杭州護國廟故封崇德王，城隍神改封順義保寜王，銅官廟改封福善通靈王，湖州城隍神封阜俗安城王，越州城隍封興德保閩王。」從两浙節度使錢元瓘奏也。 |
