3  | 謹案：《隋志·儒家》：杜氏《體論》四卷，魏幽州刺史杜恕撰舊、新《唐志》同。恕字務伯，晉征南大將軍杜預之父也。官御史中丞，出刺幽州，以斬鮮卑小子一人為程喜所劾，免為庶人，徙章武。阮武謂恕曰：「今向閑暇，可潛思成一家言。」遂著《體論》八篇，又著《興性論》一篇。嘉平四年卒于徙所，《魏志》有傳。八篇者，一曰《君》，二《臣》，三《言》，四《行》，五《政》，六《法》，七《聽察》，八《用兵》；四卷者，卷凡二篇，其書蓋亡於唐末，《群書治要》載有六千餘言，不著篇名，審觀知是《君》、《臣》、《行》、《政》、《法》、《聽察》六篇，其餘《言》篇、《用兵》篇略見《御覽·六帖》，而《意林》以《自敘》終焉。今錄出校定為一卷。恕又有《篤論》，別載于後。嘉慶二十年歲次乙亥二月既望。 |
