14  | 建中元年正月，入蕃使、太常少卿韋倫，至自大厯已後，吐蕃陷我河隴諸州，勅使前後數輩，皆留之不遣邊，上每傳獲其人，亦令中官部紀徙之江嶺。徳宗初即位，務以徳綏逺方，徵其俘囚五百人，給衣一襲，使韋倫給還其國，與之約和，仍勑邊將無得侵伐，吐蕃，使歸其人不之信，及蕃俘入境，部落皆畏威懐惠焉，又命倫為太常卿，復使蕃中。其年十二月，倫至自蕃中，與其宰相論欽明思等五十五人皆至，獻其方物。吐蕃見倫，再至甚歡，既館聲樂以娛之，留九日而旋，兼遣其渠帥報命，倫一歲再往絶域，戎夷奉敎，無此之速也。 |
