17  | 英宗治平中，燕國惠和公主下降王師約。異時尚主之家，例降昭穆一等以為恭，帝疾之，曰：「此廢人倫之序，不可以為法。」思有以厚風俗，亟命正之，尚未遑著於令。及神宗踐阼，乃詔公主出降，皆行見舅姑禮。是時，師約父克臣為開封府判官。前一日，中使促就第，受主見，行盥饋禮。禮成，遂大設樂，天下榮之。三宮嬪御還者，莫不嗟歎；近姻貴戚，相與震動，以為天姬之貴尚執行婦道，蓋自惠和始耳。唐南平公上下降王珪之子，珪坐，令親執笄，行盥饋之禮，曰：「吾豈為身榮，所以成國家之美耳。」唯我祖宗首正王化，穆然成風矣。 |
